Fisher Lane crash that killed one person at Juniata Park

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A fatal crash in Philadelphia’s Juniata Park neighborhood is under investigation.

Police responded to the 4500 block of Fisher Lane around 1 p.m. Saturday.

Investigators say the Ford Explorer lost control and crashed into a wooden fence, hitting an unattended Nissan Versa.

The driver of the Ford was partially thrown out of the window and died at the scene.
