The incident occurred on September 16 at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Higuera and South streets.

As reported, in unclear circumstances two cars collided at this location.

One of the drivers was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Drugs and alcohol are not suspected to have played a role in this incident.
