Local authorities respond to a capsized jet ski accident on Lake Casa Blanca

LAREDO, Texas (KGNS) – Laredo Fire Department, Texas Parks and Wildlife and EMS responded to a call about a man stranded on Casa Blanca Lake after his jet ski capsized.

The incident was reported on Wednesday, September 18 at approximately 7:00 p.m. and the issue was resolved approximately 30 minutes later.

According to LFD, only one person was involved in the accident and it appears that he or she did not sustain any injuries.

The driver, after saving his life, refused to provide assistance and fled the scene.

Authorities managed to recover the jet ski, taking it with them after rescuing the driver.
