Canandaigua crash leads to aggravated DWI arrest

A motor vehicle accident at the intersection of North Main Street and North Street led to an aggravated DWI arrest on September 6.

Laurie A. Cavan, 62, of Canandaigua, was found to be intoxicated while operating her vehicle during the crash.

Following the investigation, Cavan was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated. She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
