Cumberland County man and woman sexually abused children, police document:

Cumberland County police have filed charges against a man and a woman alleging they sexually abused children and recorded it this year.

Jamie Souders, 41, and Morgan Rothenhoefer, 24, were charged by Pennsylvania State Police who found incriminating photos on Souders’ phone in June. Police charged Souders with 18 felonies; Rothenhoefer with 19 felonies.

Rothenhoefer began her first year as a preschool teacher at Tender Years daycare in Hampden Township, according to a letter sent to parents on Aug. 13.
