Tim Howard Joins Houston Dynamo as Minority Investor

National Soccer Hall of Famer Tim Howard has joined Houston Dynamo Football Club, which owns MLS’s Dynamo and NWSL’s Houston Dash and operates Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Sports Park, as well as Dynamo and Dash Charities.

Howard played goalie for the United States in the 2010 and 2014 World Cups and was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame earlier this year for his contributions to the sport.

He was part of the ownership group that created Memphis 901 FC (USL) in 2018 and spent five years as the club’s sporting director.

Howard is an analyst for NBC Sports’ coverage of the English Premier League. He made his television debut on NBC Sports in 2013 and joined the network full-time in 2020.
